“Amazing. I woke up the next day and didn’t
have any pains whatsoever” “The weekend was amazing! I felt like 'super girl' for
3 weeks after!! and I have been doing chanting & sun salutation & meditation & a
few postures more regularly!” “Kamal organises regular workshops which
normally take place on the weekends and start either on Saturday
evening (you are offered
to stay overnight
in a separate comfortable bedroom) or early Sunday morning. It was
an incredible experience. I must add that on top of that it is a great
value
for money (around 35-40 pounds in total including freshly prepared
delicious meals and drinks). To experience it to the full I chose to
stay overnight,
so we began with a 1.5 hours posture session followed by meal which
we prepared together and we were in bed by 10 o'clock. Sunday started
very
early (at around 6 am) as we wanted to catch the best fresh air for
the session of breathing exercises. We had a posture session again
followed
by 30 minutes chanting which was quite an experience. It was very
intense but I felt as if a burden was off my shoulders after it. Before
lunch
we were involved in a variety of activities as well as cooking lunch.
The food was simply delicious but what was the best is the way we
ate it. Slowly, thoughtfully, in silence, breathing after each bite.
It lasted
forever. There was no such familiar heavy feeling in the stomach
after that meal. We continued with a very refreshing and energising
walk in
the woods and stopped for a session of meditation right in the middle
of the forest. I think it was my favourite part. Afterwards I felt
full of energy to continue with another posture session which concluded
the
workshop. Kamal offered us a dinner afterwards. I must admit, this
workshop was not designed for the beginners, it was very intense. Afterwards
I
felt almost exhausted but extremely satisfied and happy. I highly
recommend this to any of you. Believe me, this experience is not to
be missed!”
